Overnight postpartum support allows new parents an opportunity to rest well at night knowing that their child is properly cared for.
Here is an example of what to expect during your overnight visits. Your doula will feed or help assist with breastfeeding in the middle of the night, change diapers in between feeding, soothe baby to sleep, and any other things the parents may need assistance with like laundry and emotional support.
